About the project
The hubbub in large cities doesn’t cease during the day and the night, and this is not good for citizens. The key objective of the project is to establish a space for recreation and improvement of one’s physical health.
The power station of the Red Banner ex plant will become a library, particularly interesting to young people. The ex workshops will house a SPA center, a greenhouse, and a food court.
Most of the site will be covered with a green grove, as green plants are nice and relaxing to watch.
