About the project
The fountain at the library, located along an important federal road – Moscow Prospect, was built in 1998 and comprises two bowls with a total area of 1,217.5 m2 with 6 architectural compositions.

The project provides for reconstruction of the existing bowls; keeping of the existing fountain vases; closing down of the parking lots at the library and arranging a parking space for 75 cars along Basseynaya Street; rearrangement of the square at the library; and accomplishment of the library’s premises.
