About the project
This multifunctional residential estate is eco-friendly, based on the vertical garden concept; every resident has a chance to grow a garden at a private balcony. This doesn’t only entertain and benefit the owners – it is great for the city.
The green lot along the 1st and 2nd floors will reduce emission gasses in the court yard. All the three residential blocks have public areas at the ground level, including food stores, coworking facilities, a children art center, and a gym. And there is a parking place in the basement.
