About the project
The island being a unique venue of near-border collaboration, the author believes it to be a perspective tourist and recreation site. The exhibition center will be available to the locals and used to arrange exhibitions, festivals and other events of all kinds. The center will comprise exhibition venues, a business hotel, conference halls, galleries, a food court, car parking zones, winter gardens, and a high-rise viewing platform.
The complex features Bionic architecture and comprises variously storeyed and configured volumes. Being asymmetric and irregular, it will look differently from random perspectives.
