About the project
The public centre is located within Rzhevka-Porokhovye district in the immediate vicinity of a residential complex. Its concept is based on the idea that there should be a connection of the building with the surrounding landscape. The centre’s green roof becomes a “fifth façade” for the residents of nearby houses and serves as an extension of the park, creating additional meeting spots with wonderful views. Inside the two-storey centre, there is a 1,000-seat concert hall, an exhibition space, a sports centre, a cinema, a children's daycare centre, offices and two restaurants, one of which has a terrace overlooking the water.
