About the project
The design site is limited by residential areas on two sides and a shopping mall on the third side. The school area is integrated into the planted part of the district. Its grounds comprise a cultural heritage site – the workshop of the Phoenix Factory, built in the second half of the 19th century. The project provides for readjustment of this site to the school needs.
The external appearance of the school resembles the workshop building. It is made of facing bricks with the pedestal featuring natural grey granite. The gym section is faced with plaster.
The total area of the school premises reaches 4.4 hectares.
