Si Hall multifunctional complex – reconstruction of Siberia consumer centeri

Best Project of Public Building or Facility

About the project
Si Hall is designed in the place of the Siberia consumer center – the example of Modernist architecture dating back to 1980. The architects intend to rearrange inner rooms, change the facades, and beautify the adjoining premises. They are positive that Modernist buildings from the Soviet times can still serve many generations of the citizens.
The facades will be made more attractive, ground floors will be open to the public, all the office levels will be extended with walking terraces, and the top floor will be made higher. The area between Si Hall and the nearby street is interpreted as a garden square – there will be perennial trees and garden figures. The backyard is intended for public events.
