About the project
The overall exhibition area is 6,000 sq. m. Four exposition floors cover different topics and present all the variety and diversity of the museum’s collection. The scenic concept invites visitors to explore a vast period of time from the 16th century till nowadays. All the four levels are connected with the topic of musical devices and introduces the audience to the history and development of sound recording, mechanics and watchmaking crafts. One of the levels is used to present a large collection of sculpture, graphics and crafts by the best Russian and European masters.
