About the project
Perched on a top of a mountain, the house is situated on the edge of the Sochi National Park. The project takes into account the mild climate of the region and the rough terrain of the site. Its design echoes the natural environment.
The most spectacular part of the house is the terrace, which offers a panoramic view of the city and the sea. This space serves several functions at once: a dining room, a summer kitchen and a relaxation area with sunbeds. Next to the dining room, there is a small watered grotto. Inside the house boasts an indoor pool on the first floor. In summer, it becomes part of the landscape thanks to large sliding stained-glass windows.
