About the project
The proposal includes 5 houses with private surrounding grounds and a public recreation site with a swimming pool and a BBQ zone.
Each of the houses is three-storey with identical layouts: the sitting room, the kitchen-diner, and the bathroom with an integrated laundry room are designed at Level 1; two bedrooms with a bathroom – at Level 2, and a bedroom with a bathroom and an outdoor terrace that outlooks the sea – at Level 3.
