"Soyuz" Healthy Living Quarter

"Soyuz" is a multifunctional residential cluster in the Rostokino district in the north-east of Moscow. The first phase of the project combines residential functions with extensive infrastructure and public spaces oriented towards various scenarios of everyday life. The architectural concept is based on a combination of contemporary plasticity and natural motifs, panoramic glazing, and expressive facade solutions. Particular attention is paid to common areas: the buildings provide spaces for work, relaxation, sports, and family leisure. The first phase has been commissioned and occupancy is ongoing. In the future, it will become part of the unified "Soyuz" cluster with sports, wellness, and public-business infrastructure.
