About the project
In this project, the authors consider this development as an element of the city system. Quality of urban environment determines diversity of private and public premises, grading them from publicly available to more private and secluded.

Facades are finished with bricks of two colors – dark brown and beige, as well as with light façade plastering. To create a peculiar and remarkable image façade plane is divided into segments, different in terms of architectural solutions and dimensions, as well as shades and textures. This refers to the historic development of the city and makes the building more scale-adjusted with citizens.

Outside facades, facing the street, look festive and have three main elements – a pedestal, a wall, and an attic. Interior facades, acing the yard, are made of light materials and don’t feature any outstanding elements.
