About the project
Compositionally, the nine-storey building comprises five blocks stacked on top of each other with a slight shift to the side, which ensures the house’s elegant silhouette.
Inside, there are single- , double- and three-room apartments (standard and Euro format). They have storage rooms, walk-in closets and laundry rooms. Some apartments have spacious private terraces.
The 1374.0 sq.m outdoor area is landscaped with evergreen grasses and shrubs. The south side of the communal space features a children's playground and an outdoor gym.
