About the project
The Sweet Home is the welcome section of the Yekaterinburg district that is going through renovation. It comprises two blocks at a large crossroads — a residential development away from the urban hustle, and two towers of 15 and 29 levels high that outlook the highway.
The square with a pergola is designed between the towers, and this site reechoes the garden on the opposite side of the road. At the top levels of the low-rise sections apartments with green terraces are designed, but there are lots of public spaces, too — a community center on the roof, courtyards, and a panoramic lobby with a coffee shop.
