About the project
This new multifunctional center of 17,500 m2 is designed at a walking distance from the Kursk Railway Station, one of Moscow’s business hubs. The new building will comprise several functions and contain two uneven volumes. The eight-storey part with panoramic glazing is to house offices, and the two-storey one – a public service center, a shopping mall, and restaurants.
The project was granted a building permit in February 2020.
