About the project
Having studied the form-building concepts of architect Vladimir Tatlin and realized their significance in the world of architecture and design, one realized how extensive the architect’s contribution to our lives is. Therefore, to introduce the residents to his ideas and works, the TATLIN park pavilion was designed in Pulkovo Park (St. Petersburg).
