About the project
The project is a luxury villa in the heart of Al Ain City, UAE. The design was created by integrating classical and modern styles. The concept was to create a cozy big family home with the feel of opulence of a modern day grand hotel.
The design of the villa has unique features that enriches the luxury experience: the double height floors, open spaces and the sheer size of the classic exterior of the villa. The interior used a combination of high end materials like marble, ash wood brass and antique mirrors which created a charming and warm interior. Using of gypsum molding and the grand size of the double height doors and large marble slabs enhances the luxury experience and complementing the both styles modern and classic.
We created visual interest and drama by marrying the abundant natural light with the use of different ambient and accent light sources. All of these elements with the accented neutral color scheme achieved the dream design that the client want.
