About the project
Development of the Baikal Haven implies a comprehensive approach, bringing together the best traditions of the European and Asian architecture. The project is a fortress city with inaccessible walls that would protect the place from nasty weather.
The culture and business center will comprise 3,000+ luxe apartments, a health resort, a business center with a convention hall, a museum, and some recreation areas. The centerpiece of the composition is the Eurasia Square with the top health resort and the premium class hotel, both offering panoramic vistas over the haven, plus the stadium and the yacht-club.
The beautification concept embraces some parks, walkways and cycling roads, as well as a helicopter landing site.
