About the project
A project of a 520 m2 house. The site is located in a pine forest, 15 minutes away from Moscow. The main objective was to design a house for a family with kids, following a dynamic lifestyle. An open layout with 4 bedrooms, spacious leisure rooms, home SPA, a functional utility plus garage premises and a parking lot for 5 cars.
Special focus was on preserving the natural landscape and protecting the trees. The house stands as close to the site boundary as reasonable, which makes the inner yard larger.
The ground floor is brutal, constructed from stone, and looking reliable and stable. The 1st floor is clad with metal and seems light. Its pointy elegant shapes protect the house not only from rain and sun but from prying eyes, too.
