About the project
The international business center is being designed on the territory of the city of Tashkent, at the intersection of Olchazor streets and the Small Ring Road. The plot is triangular in shape and has an area of 1.7 hectares. The shape of the site dictated the shape of the building. The construction area is 4770 m². The IBC building has 63 above-ground and two underground floors. The first three contain the lobby, shopping arcades, conference rooms and meeting rooms. The next 35 floors are allocated for offices, then apartments up to the 61st floor. A restaurant is being designed on the top floor, and observation decks and green areas on the exploited roof. A four-tiered stepped façade with green spaces on open terraces and a 149-meter waterfall makes this building unique. Water falls into the pool on the roof of the third floor. The pool has a glass bottom, which will allow sunlight to enter the interior, giving it an unusual look. Around the pool, the roof is landscaped and planted, and recreational areas are created.
