About the project
This qualifying paper intended to establish a united tourist center at the site, which would refer to the history of the local crafts and pay tribute to the valuable characteristics of the estate and its surrounding grounds. Some of the elements survived till nowadays, including the overall layout of the park, its gate, and some household facilities. Three buildings were destroyed, but their foundations and red brick and stone walls have been revealed. The author suggests demolishing the discordant houses at the park gate, reconstruction of the park and the main house, and readjusting it to become a restaurant with an exhibition center.
