Best Implemented Project of Private Residence

About the project
Located in a farm in the city of Dourados/MS — Brazil, the project has about 3,000 square meters. The ViFa residence has a mild dialogue with the surroundings, relating in a subtle and continuous way to the surrounding nature. Its structure was counted in a very simple and objective way, with only two plateaus, supported by steel pilotis modulated every 6 meters, which are born in the ground tearing the entire construction until they reach the roof.
Its sectorization has an intimate relationship with the structure where the upper plateau is composed of the intimate sector and library, all overlooking a permanent preservation area at the back of the farm. The circulation on this pavement uses the Promenade Aarchitecture Technique, widely disseminated by Le Corbusier, creating an appreciation of the architectural route and sometimes framing the surroundings.
The palette of materials chosen was designed from a propositional study of coziness caused by the use of wood.
