About the project
The villa community for 3,000 people is designed in the Khodzhaly district of Karabagh. The author explored the local terrain, considered its pros and cons, and developed a design concept based on the elements of local carpets. These elements are present in both the road and the landscaping system. The district is divided into neighborhoods. There will be a bus station, a cosmetic and pharmaceutical production complex, a promenade along the river, a bazaar-like trade center, a fitness house, a cultural venue, a memorial square, and a museum.
