About the project
The concept of a business-class estate in the very heart of the historical part of Voronezh rests on the idea of a harmonious combination of history and modernity. This concept is embodied in a fusion of modern architectural forms with elements of style characteristic of the architecture of the past.
This idea is materialised in the two contrasting volumes of the facades. The design of the project and its location are determined by the surrounding buildings and established urban planning standards.
