About the project
This high comfort house is located close to the city’s arterial roads – Ligovsky Prospect and the Obvodny Channel Embankment. The key objective of the project was to properly fit the house into the historic context.
The house adjoins a fire wall and is a centerpiece at the corner. That’s why it is beveled, like many other St. Petersburg houses.
White trimming was inspired by many other houses featuring this artistic touch. The ground floor is intended for office premises, and the floors from the 2nd to the 5th will comprise 16 roomy and comfortable flats.
