About the project
This project attempts to support the Stalinist tradition of high-rise premium-class construction. The apartment building features Stalin’s Empire style and is about 180 meters high (35-storey-high at the center). Major materials are sand-colored stone bricks, granite, and some wood. The building comprises about 600 apartments, and houses a post-office, a drug-store, and shops at the ground floor.
