It is a mixed use service apartments building design with 3 typologies; 1 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom apartments. It also houses a gym for residents. It features beautiful balconies that not only beautify the aesthetics of the facade but also give a heartwarming view of the immediate environment. The 3 bedroom pent floors also have spacious balconies for personal use.
