About the project
A project of a low-rise apartment house with commercial premises, utility rooms, and a parking for 323 cars at Level 1. The shops can be accessed without getting outside, which is quite convenient in cold seasons. A green courtyard is arranged on the roof of the stylobate, and every residential section can be accessed from there. Moreover, apartments at the lower level have small private land plots with terraces.
