Gasimzada Elbay Enver oglu — Distinguished Architect of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Board of the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan, Professor of the State University of Architecture and Construction of Azerbaijan, full member and vice-president of the International Academy of Architecture of Eastern Countries International Academy of Architecture, academician, full member of the Moscow branch of the International Academy of Architecture (IAA-Moscow), head of the Baku Academic Center of IAA-Moscow.
In 2000 he was awarded the Order of Şöhrət (“Glory”), in 2018 — the Order of Şərəf (“Honor”). Since 2019, he has been an honorary member of the Korean Institute of Architecture, awarded a gold medal. Winner of gold medals of the Unions of Architects of Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Tajikistan, Turkey.
