About the project
The public center outlooks the Gulf of Finland, thus offering a great vista. On the sides, it is approached by residential quarters. The facility comprises several levels - the 1st one houses the underground parking and a gym, the 2nd is the flat roofing, coworking premises, and an exhibition venue, where the locals can meet and have time together. The 3rd level is the library.
