About the project
This is a residential house comprising three basic principles of the Active House concept: energy efficiency, healthy microclimate, and eco-friendliness. The designed two-storey house with an attic and a basement, of 280 m2, is laconic and made of simple shapes. The building generates and uses its own energy by means of solar batteries, a geothermal pump, water collection and drainage, natural ventilation, recuperation systems, as well as biofuel for the boiler. The house provides minimal impact on the local environment.
