About the project
The site is located the historical centre of Samara, which has the status of a historic settlement and boasts well preserved intact fragments of the 19th century buildings. These are not of cultural heritage significance, which means that they can be reconstructed and expanded. The project offers a design for such an extension based on the existing fragments of a ruined historical building. The new construction combines two historical estates. The ground floor will house a public space, while on the other two there will be apartments. The expanded building blends in with the historical Samara district.
