About the project
BARTON HOUSE is a business-class residential complex in the historic centre of the city (barton in English means «estate»). Its concept is based on the idea that real estate developments can be comfortable, calming and aesthetic. We call it Conscious Design for Life.
The philosophy of the House is conveyed through the historical past of its location and its modern architectural composition.
The clinker-faced building only has 2 entrances and comprises 88 apartments. The entrances at the ground level, the underground parking, the branded lobbies featuring natural wood and stone finishings, soft street lighting – everything in and out invites you to relax and unwind after a busy day.
Residents enjoy exclusive access to the landscaped outdoor space with a children’s playground.
