About the project The museum with the area of 8 thousand m2 stands on the historic lands of the Seversk Pipe Plant. The key exhibit here is the blast furnace dating back to 1860, a listed cultural memorial of the region. Moreover, the museum embraces the bloomery steel plant (dating back to 1842), the Transfiguration of the Savior Chapel, and some industrial equipment units located outside. Most of the exhibits are located in old production buildings. In 2020, Stage 2 of the reconstruction was started to adjust the ex machine plant for modern use.
