There is a botanic garden in the center of the city, peaceful and awesome, a place everyone loves, and the private residence designed is located near this garden, which imposes certain requirements to the architectural approach. The residence is intended for one family and has an outer courtyard that overlooks the street and a private inner yard, designed to satisfy the residents’ needs and for their leisure.
