About the project
Project carried out in the Colinas de San Javier neighborhood, Guadalajara, Mexico, the client wanted a spacious house, with large and high-rise clearings.
The design was based on respecting the terrain, which is in a steep ravine, the width does not exceed 20 meters, so it was decided to do it on several levels, each level separating important areas, for example, the first floor has The entire public area, with the kitchen, living room, family room, dining room and, most importantly for the family, the terrace, has a main elevator and a service elevator.
Below this level, we find a huge garage and an office, the next levels are the bedrooms, from where you go to a more private terrace and the infinity pool with a beautiful view; Finally we have the basement, the trophy room and the gym.

Applicant and authors of the project
Di Frenna arquitectos.
«We work linked to tradition and constantly experimenting with materials and techniques, with the support of the good and creative Mexican artisan workmanship. We understand architecture as a space-place, that its main destination is to excite and at the same time fulfill the function for which it was designed. Functional spaces create our architecture, trying to match monumental and sculptural volumes with little maintenance, with this we create a very sober, functional and clean architecture.»
