This is a graduation qualification project. The technopark is located on the Chkalovsky training ground, near the Chkalovsky international airfield. It is expected that the main resident companies will be design bureaus developing unmanned aerial systems.
The technopark complex includes an office-laboratory block, catering facilities, commercial enterprises, a leisure and exhibition center with a congress hall for 1,000 seats, a hotel block, a sports block, and a production zone. The site also features a testing ground with open stands. In the future, an agrotechnopark with testing areas for agricultural drones is planned for development.
The office block is arranged in cantilevered structures. The large cantilever is supported by a structural system consisting of four heavy tubular trusses along the perimeter, interconnected internally by spatial connections. Each truss node connects to a beam supporting the composite floor.
