Project Preschool Educational Facility for 340 Children
Category Best Project of Public Building or Facility
About the project (provided by the applicant) The spatial concept of the kindergarten is based on the idea of a micro-village, where separate single-story wooden structures are placed around the perimeter of the site, facing an inner garden and connected by a single gallery. This gallery serves as a communication corridor and creates a clear, safe boundary between the kindergarten territory and the city. As a result, the building forms a unified spatial sculpture. The sloped roof geometry of the facility refers to the familiar image of traditional wooden buildings. The projecting volumes house group areas, a sports zone, an assembly hall, and workshops. The perimeter gallery includes administrative areas, medical offices, and technical rooms.
