About the project
Revitalization of the ex Skorokhod show plant in St. Petersburg with due regard to the current economic situation in Russia. The new format can do great despite the isolation from world brands and will promote import substitution. In case foreign brands intend to return to Russia, the facility can be easily adjusted.
The space within can be divided into small units of no more than 5.5 m2 each or be merged into an open space up to 1,700 m2. Historical details like pre-revolutionary brick masonry and outdoor fire ladders are preserved but complemented with the state-of-the-art technologies.
