About the project Located in the extreme south of Brazil, Fortunata house is a project that highlights the essential activities of Architecture: the careful reading of the environmental conditions; the precise determination of the construction processes; the correct resolution of the program of demands; and the harmony of the built forms.
Applicant and author of the project Luciano Lerner Basso, son and grandson of civil engineers, graduated in Architecture from PUC-RS; and obtained a Master's degree in architectural design from Mackenzie.
Winner of the Opera Prima Award; selected to represent Brazil in the international stage of the Oscar Niemeyer Award; awarded at the Saint Gobain Award; winner of the House of the Year award at the Brazilian Institute of Architects RS/SC.
