About the project
The designers have surveys the location and found two vivid highlights there – the back part of the site with the magnificent Crimean terrain, and the area at the entrance, offering a tremendous view of the sunset. This is why it was decided to design a fine volume extended along the main road, with roomy transparent balconies.
The structure is located high above the ground to offer the best view. Level 1, camouflaged with stone walls and green plants, houses public premises that can be accessed from the ground elevation. Level 2 is more private – there are bedrooms and private rooms.
