About the project
Standing on the bank of the Protva River, this house offers a view over 10 to 15 km of natural landscapes. All living rooms are provided with panoramic windows, and every room has access to a terrace designed along the front facade. The semi-basement ground floor contains a greenhouse. On the east, the roof is elevated for the morning sun to be able to lit every corner of the sitting room. At the house, there is an arbor with a stairs that run down the hill.
