About the project
The 97-metre tower is a vertical volume with full-height recesses and niches, which visually divide the building into several individual sections that are “magnetized” to each other. The niches form private balconies.
The tower’s design is an allusion to a rock with washouts, cracks, nests, where rounded, smooth natural objects are turned into regular geometric figures.
The entrance is located at the corner of the ground floor. Communications closets and a niche for air conditioners are located in the central part of the tower. The building has 28 storeys (30 with the underground ones).
