The 90-meter office center is set to become a landmark of the multifunctional district within Kamenka, one of the most promising development areas in St. Petersburg. The center will house office spaces, a congress hall within the two-level podium featuring an accessible rooftop, as well as a restaurant with panoramic views and a versatile event space. Situated between the business district and the adjacent park, the building creates a seamless connection through a green pedestrian bridge that extends upward along the center and arches across the street. The podium itself serves as a landscaped garden, offering a variety of recreational experiences, while also housing the majority of the building’s public spaces.
