About the project
One of the most serious issues is the lack of a separate place for pedestrian crossings as well az covered parking in each villa. Furthermore, the quality of life of its residents is not taken into account, and the units do not benefit from having recreational and public spaces. We solved these two problems by first dividing the street into two and moving it to the east and west, with cars coming and departing in both directions. And then secondly, provide a pedestrian path from the beginning that leads directly to the seaside to make it accessible to all residents.
