Kronfort Estate comprises two low-rise developments at the bank of the Baltic Sea in Kronstadt, Kronfort Central and Kronfort Embankment. Kronfort Central Boutique Development has a special feature, which is a shopping pedestrian promenade with a fountain and art objects. Kronfort Embankment offers views of the Baltic Sea from the panoramic windows of its apartments. The development also includes a school for 550 children, two nurseries, a health clinic, a beautified embankment, and a 4* hotel with a yacht terminal.
