About the project
Since 20303, this art center was established in the former movie theater and attracted modern art connoisseurs and music fans. As time passed, the building got deteriorated and required major overhaul. The first disassembling and excavation shoring works were performed in March 2022.
The reconstructed building is going to be twice as big and comprise 5 levels. The 1^st floor is designed for a large hall with 1,000 seats, a choreographic and demonstration spaces, a rehearsal and service rooms, a ticket office, and a café. The 2^nd floor will house dressing rooms, as well as technical and administrative premises. The 3^rd floor is intended for a TV studio and a rock culture museum.
