The concept of three-dimensional city allows organized expansion of optimization of the crowded urban fabric; the design addresses the issue by defining multilayered public, cultural areas for the benefit of the whole community. Platforms and bridges connect the different components of the project while also facilitating general mobility and enhancing the public realm underneath.

Applicant and authors of the project
Tariq Khayyat Design Partners (TDKP) was founded in 2018 as a bespoke design-led practice providing architectural and design solutions to clients and communities. Lingzhiyuan master plan is a high-end mixed use master plan designed for one of China’s prominent developer. The project was designed with a full consortium of specialists, infrastructure and traffic consultants based in China to fully align the project with all local requirements and regulations.
