About the project (provided by the applicant)

All of the library was upgraded. Now, there are personal spaces where you can work on a PC or a laptop, a soft podium for theatrical performances and comfortable stays of minor visitors, new interactive equipment, good WI-FI signal all over the premises, a big state-of-the-art event venue, and a private reading zone with soft furniture. 4 multifunctional areas for creative initiatives have been arranged in the library,

but the project is unique not because of that. It is just a great place designed to help the younger generation learn and educate.
