About the project
The project is located in Nice, which is a beautiful city near the sea, on the Méditerranée. With the dense population, we have to build on the sea to answer the lack of free space and high demand of housing. There is four buildings facing the water with a part assigned to some offices on the back and the apartments on the front, with a floor for restaurants with a nice terrace with a point of view. The ground floor houses shops and accesses to all the building. The wood is an important part and it's the local one from the mountains of Alps.
